"Groin gland discomfort AFTER an OB?"

It seems my groin gland only flares up at the END of an OB- after everything has cleared up.

Are there any facts/data about how the glands work to fight and why discomfort would happen at the end of an OB rather than the beginning/middle?

The lymph system is the cleanup crew, so it's not unusual for it to be working overtime, after the party is over.
