"Stop buying …the best way"
LAST EDITED ON Dec-21-09 AT 10:28 AM (CST) by Rajah (admin)
Hello everyone, when we decide to stop something, the first and foremost thing to do is to start keeping away from such things. As far as with regard to stop smoking, the initial thing to be done is to stop buying the cigarettes.

Keep your eyes away from the shop which tempts you. Like wise keep yourself from people who makes you t have a puff. At first try to reduce the number of packets that you buy, then reduce the number to zero. Once when you find the lack of cigarette, if you intensely feel to smoke and if such situations come again and again, you will get automatically get away from it, and you can find yourself the Ways to stop smoking. First reducing and then stop buying are the two possible ways to get rid of the very negative friend.
