"Lyme"

LAST EDITED ON Dec-16-10 AT 09:35 PM (CDST)

Well, after a year of recurrent infections, hives, rashes, joint pain, new allergies, and incredible fatigue, I finally have an answer. Lyme disease. I still can't believe I can put a name to it. I've had so many tests run over the last year, I can't believe I finally have an answer...I was beginning to think I was crazy.

I go into my doctors tomorrow to talk about treatment. Getting a new doctor a few months back was probably one of the best decisions I've made. All the weird symptoms and my tendency to get infections finally makes sense. I can't believe how many different things Lyme affects. I'm hoping once I get started on antibiotics, etc I'll finally start to feel better. I can't remember the last time I felt...good, or even normal.

I'm hoping once I'm treated, this will cut down on my outbreaks a bit. Though knock on wood...I actually haven't had an ob in the last few months. Guess it's just wait and see now!

Aww, thanks, yeah was a huge relief! I've had it at least a year, probably longer. I'm just glad to finally get an answer.

I start the antibiotic tomorrow and the doctor said hopefully in the next few weeks I'll start to notice a difference. I can't even imagine what it'll feel like to NOT be tired!

The tired and the pain is the worst part after your first 30 days with antibiotics you must get on a herbal supplement they prob will return because you are chronic at this point go to FB immunistat for Lymes email them the give out free samples.

OMG, I'm glad they've figured it out at least! I sure hope the antibiotics help. It really is crazy how many different ways Lyme disease can manifest itself.

I hope you feel better quickly!

C.

Hello I have Lyme and herpes and I have been through the wringer with both my herpes is way under control and my Lyme is the problem I took the 30 days of antibiotics and months later the lymes returned just as bad. I got luck and fell across a documentary on curing cancer and fallowed that all the way to a supplement for herpes and lymes.

Immunistat for herpes. They have one for lymes too

I have to fallow a diet program with smoothies but I am clear of any symptoms of Lyme disease thank god I highly recommend
