"Blizzard"

Yesterday we had a blizzard and today we are digging out. Saturday was nice and we went and cut a load of firewood, but the snow started Saturday night and kept on until yesterday evening. The winds were bad. This morning we have been digging out with the John Deere diesel tractor with the loader. We did shovel off the driveway yesterday and the porch and deck. I had to shovel a path to the wood pile this morning. Oh the joys of living in Northern Illinois in winter and Grace I know we sent it your way and you've already been hit with a lot already. Raj, how is it your way? Yesterday I couldn't get internet service, but we read our books and stayed in front of the wood burner and it was a pleasant day. Hope everyone is okay as this front pushes through.

so we dodged the bullet. Our oldest daughter in Vernon Hills didn't. No school for the kids today, but I suspect they'll be going back tomorrow.

You actually had a pleasant day with the Internet down? Amazing!

We got a couple of inches here but not near as much as they were saying we were going to get at one point. PHEW!!! I am over the snow at this point and so is my smaller dog. He's at the point where he's just saying screw it and pees on the side walk more than on the snow...lol My other dog is getting up in years so the cold and slippery ice isn't making him feel very good either but he still goes out in the snow to do what he needs to do at least.

I keep reminding myself only a month until it tends to be less snowy and I can get back out walking off the stress of life

The first step in stopping the perceived stigma about genital herpes - is to stop believing in it yourself
