Ok everyone - where are you and what are you doing?

I'm still working full time as a nurse.
I'm still taking college classes to complete my BSN. Down to my last 8 classes so perhaps I will graduate before I retire...lol.
I'm still watching far too much tv/netflix.
I'm still always reading a book.
I'm still single *wink*

"I'm still working full time as a nurse."

Check. Still working as a bureaucratic representative of one of the area governments.

"I'm still taking college classes to complete my BSN. Down to my last 8 classes so perhaps I will graduate before I retire...lol."

OK I'm not doing my share here, but sorry, not sorry.

"I'm still watching far too much tv/netflix."

Check, in spades. Enjoy Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown and lots of Doctor Who reruns.

"I'm still always reading a book."

Check, most always two going. One audio and one on a tablet.
Anybondy catch any of Sarah Vowell's history books. a sense of humor for a non-fiction writer.

"I'm still single *wink*"

Check but not much of a wink.

Lots of doctor appointments lately. Mostly catching up with normal situations for my age group. That's if you count needing a new hip now and the other trailing by about a year or two as normal wear and tear.
Should have prostate biopsy results back by end of week. Other indicators for that situation are in a normal range for the condition of things so have optimistic expectations.

The replacement c-pap works really great.

So far, I've avoided hip or knee problems.

Love my CPAP and Vicky does hers which she's been using for over 15 years now. My pulmonologist says that I am the most compliant CPAP user he has ever seen. 99%+ and averaging 7 hours of use per night.

When Vicky was in the hospital before Christmas, I averaged a book per day what with all the waiting that goes on in the hospital, but, in general, I don't get to do as much reading as I'd like. That's because I've got a lot of activities in addition to 3 days a week of Engineering work.

I've got a really busy time coming up for March and April in addition to teaching two college electronics courses, I'm going to be teaching an FCC licensing class for the ham radio club and will be taking an 8 week course myself at the FBI Citizen's Academy.

Still working for the post office but luckily have not consolidated into the larger plant in Richmond.

Still have a degree and a couple courses shy of another--will work on when I retire--maybe.

Still engaged--have not set a date yet but it does not matter as I will be with him for the rest of my or his life.

Just left my mother's birthday party--she had a great time.

I have not seen H for a while but like Deb says 'who cares'.

Next month bf and I go on our first trip of the year. First to Roswell, NM to check out the aliens, then to Tucson and the Pima Air Museum and then to Mesa for our Cubs spring training. We have tickets for five games. Going home through Denver to attend a bridal shower for a cousin. So a big trip.

Also working on plans for a trip to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and maybe Glacier in late August and early September. Has anyone been and can you recommend any sights to see? I've been looking online and I think we will be really busy trying to cram it all in.

I am a delicate flower. I don't think the roof rack would work for me no matter what the weather!!

I wish I could go on vacations again. Our slogan in this house is - once the dogs are dead...

We spent a lot on boarding back when we had two, then one, dog and a cat. We've not gone on a vacation in a while so may head to Lawn Guyland this Summer for a few days. If we go, we will fly for the first time since 9-10-2001. We'll wave as we pass over PA.

Currently living in Tampa. I've had a tumultuous past few years. Moved to Florida to take care of my Mom in her last couple of years. After she passed headed for the great North West. Fell in love with Portland and spent two years there. Back in Florida as I got a job offer I had to take. Been here almost a year and doing....meh. Not crazy about Tampa. I haven't fully unpacked as I know I am headed back to the Portland area one day. I miss the saneness, friendliness, bike friendliness, wine and beauty of Oregon and Washington.

Still single, still a cpa, still have herpes.
